kitty's mashed potatoes
Mashed potatoes have always been one of my favorite sides. These work with or without gravy and are an excellent choice if you need to keep dinner warm.

Ingredients
- 8 - yukon potatoes peeled and cut to uniform size (quartered)
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 - whole milk
- 1 teaspoon parsley flakes
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- - salt and pepper
How To Make kitty's mashed potatoes

Step 1Peel potatoes, quarter and put in large pan of cold water.

Step 2Boil potatoes until tender enough to mash.

Step 3Warm a large stainless steel bowl in the oven and measure out the rest of the ingredients

Step 4Drain potatoes and dump into warm stainless steel bowl, then mash with a warm utensil

Step 5Add sour cream, cream cheese, milk, salt & pepper and half the butter. Mix with electric mixer till smooth

Step 6Transfer to an oven safe serving dish and garnish with a large pat of butter, paprika, and parsley flakes

Step 7Keep in warm oven till ready to serve
