Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Cut the potatoes, into 1/8 inch slices. Put in single layers in a 9 by 13 inch pan.
  3. Mix first five ingredients and pour over potatoes.
  4. Bake uncovered 1 hour, stir until they are brown on both sides.
