Ingredients
- 10 large red new potatos
- 2 stalks celery, destrung and diced
- 1 small bell pepper, diced
- 1 cup yellow onions, diced
- 4 - hard boiled eggs,chopped
- 1 1/2 cups hellmans mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons jalapeno peppers, diced
- 3 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons yellow mustard
- 1 teaspoon celery seed
- - salt and pepper to taste, accent
How To Make it's hot potato salad

Step 1In a large bowl, combine potatoes celery, bell pepper, and onions toss to blend, stir in chopped eggs.

Step 2In small bowl combine mayonnaise with jalapenos, sweet relish, vinegar and mustard. Stir to blend. Pour mayonnaise mixture over potato mixture and fold in gently so you don't make mashed potato salad. Serve over cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Step 3You can make this a day ahead as you know it will taste better the next day if folks don't eat it all up first. Enjoy
