Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 2 cups white vinegar
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon dry mustard
  • 6 - eggs

How To Make gluten free mayonnise by eddie

  • Step 1
    Bring water and vinegar to a boil.
  • Step 2
    Make a paste of the remaining ingredients.
  • Step 3
    Stir the paste into the boiling vinegar water. Cook over moderate heat , stirring constantly until mixture thickens.
  • Step 4
    Cool and refrigerate. When making for a potato salad pour it over the potatoes hot
