FINGERLING POTATOES WITH PARMESAN BUTTER

Lately I've been getting a lot of these marvelous fingerling potatoes from my organic delivery company. In looking for different ways to prepare them, I came up with this simple and delicious recipe.
Ingredients

3 lbfingerling potatoes

1/4 c(1/2 stick) butter
-
·salt and pepper to taste

1/4 cparmesan, romano, and asagio cheeses

1/2 tspdried rosemary
How to Make FINGERLING POTATOES WITH PARMESAN BUTTER
- Scrub potatoes but do not peel; dry off and set aside.
- In a small saucepan, melt butter. Add salt and pepper; stir.
- Using a pair of tongs, turn the potatoes as you sprinkle them with the cheeses and then the rosemary.
- May also bake in a hotter oven (450) for 20 minutes.
