This is a fast and easy way to make a nice side dish for dinner. It's all the better because you use fresh herbs.

2 lb
small red potatoes scrubbed and cut into quarters
1/3 c
butter melted
2 Tbsp
mince fresh garlic
2 Tbsp
chopped fresh parsley
1 Tbsp
chopped fresh rosemary
1 Tbsp
chopped fresh thyme
1 tsp
seasoned salt
1 tsp
pepper to taste

How to Make Donna's Garlic and Herb Potatoes


  • 1Preheat over to 425 degrees.
  • 2Wash and cut potatoes into quarters. Place in an ungreased 8" square baking pan.
  • 3Combine the remaning ingrediends in a small bowl, Mix well, Pour over the potatoes and stir well. Bake until the potatoes are tender, 20-25 minutes.
