This is a fast and easy way to make a nice side dish for dinner. It's all the better because you use fresh herbs.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds small red potatoes scrubbed and cut into quarters
  • 1/3 cup butter melted
  • 2 tablespoons mince fresh garlic
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • - pepper to taste

How To Make donna's garlic and herb potatoes

  • Step 1
    Preheat over to 425 degrees.
  • Step 2
    Wash and cut potatoes into quarters. Place in an ungreased 8" square baking pan.
  • Step 3
    Combine the remaning ingrediends in a small bowl, Mix well, Pour over the potatoes and stir well. Bake until the potatoes are tender, 20-25 minutes.
