- 2 pounds small red potatoes scrubbed and cut into quarters
- 1/3 cup butter melted
- 2 tablespoons mince fresh garlic
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- - pepper to taste
How To Make donna's garlic and herb potatoes

Step 1Preheat over to 425 degrees.

Step 2Wash and cut potatoes into quarters. Place in an ungreased 8" square baking pan.

Step 3Combine the remaning ingrediends in a small bowl, Mix well, Pour over the potatoes and stir well. Bake until the potatoes are tender, 20-25 minutes.
