This is a fast and easy way to make a nice side dish for dinner. It's all the better because you use fresh herbs.

  • 2 lb
    small red potatoes scrubbed and cut into quarters
  • 1/3 c
    butter melted
  • 2 Tbsp
    mince fresh garlic
  • 2 Tbsp
    chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 Tbsp
    chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1 Tbsp
    chopped fresh thyme
  • 1 tsp
    seasoned salt
  • 1 tsp
  • ·
    pepper to taste

How to Make Donna's Garlic and Herb Potatoes


  1. Preheat over to 425 degrees.
  2. Wash and cut potatoes into quarters. Place in an ungreased 8" square baking pan.
  3. Combine the remaning ingrediends in a small bowl, Mix well, Pour over the potatoes and stir well. Bake until the potatoes are tender, 20-25 minutes.
