- 1/2 teaspoon each dried basil, oregano and thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 6 medium potatoes , cut into wedges
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
How To Make crispy potato wedges

Step 1In a small bowl combine oil and seasonings. Add potato wedges and stir to coat. Arrange in a single layer on an ungreased 15x10-inch baking pan. Bake uncovered at 450 degrees for 15 minutes. Sprinkle with parmesan cheeseand bake 10-15 more minutes longer or until crisp-tender. Makes 6 servings.
