These French Fries pack a whole lot of flavor! Garlic lovers, this will have you swooning. I originally got this recipe from Cooks Country. You would think you got these fries from a restaurant. They are baked and not deep fried. By microwaving the potatoes first, they dont take alot of time in the oven. It also infuses the potatoes with garlicky goodness! The cornstarch helps them come out crispy. They are crispy on the outside, and smooth and creamy on the inside. Just plain YUM!
