Ingredients
- 2/3 cup heavy cream
- 2 - leeks
- 2 cups green cabbage
- 1 pound potatoes
- 1/2 cup butter
How To Make colcannon

Step 1Peel potatoes and boil until soft. Drain and keep covered.

Step 2Finely chop leeks and cabbage. Saute' in butter until soft.

Step 3Add to potatoes with cream and mix until smooth. Salt and Pepper to taste
