- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

How To Make cheese potatoes

Step 1In a large non stick skillet, cook potatoes until crisp-tender and slightly browned. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Pour milk over all; cover and cook until milk is absorbed. Sprinkle with cheese; stir until melted. Garnish with parsley. Makes 6 servings.
