- 4 cups shredded potatoes
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 teaspoons mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sweet onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
How To Make broccoli cheese & potato casserole

Step 1In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except 1 cup cheese.

Step 2Transfer to a baking dish and top with the remaining cheese.

Step 3Cover and bake in a 375º oven for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until cheese is browning and bubbly. Serve.
