- 1 pinch baking powder
- 1 pinch salt and pepper
- 2 dashes chives, dried
- 6 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 tablespoons parmesan cheese

Step 1Peel potatoes and boil till soft bit not mashed

Step 3Place whole potatoes on a greased baking Tray

Step 4Smash each potatoe into a biscuit size with rough edges
