Ingredients
- 1 package (8 oz) soba noodles (you can use japanese or korean soba)
- 1 tablespoon peanut oil
- 2-3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh, minced ginger
- 1 tablespoon dark sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 4 - green onions, sliced
- 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
- fresh, chopped cilantro (optional)
How To Make sesame soba

Step 1Mix together soy sauce, sesame oil, rice wine vinegar, sugar and chicken broth together, set aside.

Step 2Prepare soba noodles according to package directions. Rinse and set aside.

Step 3Heat peanut oil in the bottom of wok or deep skillet over medium high heat.

Step 4Add garlic and ginger, stir fry for a few seconds until fragrant. Careful not to burn garlic.

Step 5Add noodles. soy sauce mixture to wok. Toss until heated through and well combined.

Step 6Toss in green onions and toasted sesame. Continue to toss with noodles until well combined.

Step 7Plate and Garnish with fresh, chopped cilantro if desired.
