You can add grilled chicken, baked tofu, shrimp, etc. to make into a main dish. Otherwise it makes a delicious side dish or just eat the noodles as your main. You can play with this however you like!

Ingredients For sesame soba
1 pkg(8 oz) soba noodles (you can use japanese or korean soba)
1 Tbsppeanut oil
2-3 clovegarlic, minced
1 tspfresh, minced ginger
1 Tbspdark sesame oil
1 Tbsprice wine vinegar
2 Tbspsoy sauce
2 Tbspchicken broth
4green onions, sliced
2 Tbsptoasted sesame seeds
fresh, chopped cilantro (optional)
How To Make sesame soba
1Mix together soy sauce, sesame oil, rice wine vinegar, sugar and chicken broth together, set aside.
2Prepare soba noodles according to package directions. Rinse and set aside.
3Heat peanut oil in the bottom of wok or deep skillet over medium high heat.
4Add garlic and ginger, stir fry for a few seconds until fragrant. Careful not to burn garlic.
5Add noodles. soy sauce mixture to wok. Toss until heated through and well combined.
6Toss in green onions and toasted sesame. Continue to toss with noodles until well combined.
7Plate and Garnish with fresh, chopped cilantro if desired.
