- 3/4 cup chicken broth
- 3/4 cup couscous
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- - zest of 1 lemon
- 1/2 cup chopped pistachios
- - salt and pepper, to taste
How To Make pistachio couscous

Step 1In a small saucepan bring chicken broth to a boil.

Step 2Stir in couscous, cover, and remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes.

Step 3Drizzle with lemon juice and fluff with a fork. Stir in lemon zest and chopped pistachios.
