Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup chicken broth
  • 3/4 cup couscous
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • - zest of 1 lemon
  • 1/2 cup chopped pistachios
  • - salt and pepper, to taste

How To Make pistachio couscous

  • Step 1
    In a small saucepan bring chicken broth to a boil.
  • Step 2
    Stir in couscous, cover, and remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes.
  • Step 3
    Drizzle with lemon juice and fluff with a fork. Stir in lemon zest and chopped pistachios.
