- 2 1/2 cups broth
- 1/3 cup raisins
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon, ground
- 1 teaspoon turmeric, ground
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 2 cups couscous
How To Make moroccan couscous

Step 1Pour broth into a saucepan; add raisins, cinnamon, turmeric and cumin.

Step 2Bring to a boil. Stir in couscous, cover and remove from heat. Let stand until broth is fully absorbed, about 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork and serve.
