Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups broth
  • 1/3 cup raisins
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon, ground
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric, ground
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 2 cups couscous

How To Make moroccan couscous

  • Step 1
    Pour broth into a saucepan; add raisins, cinnamon, turmeric and cumin.
  • Step 2
    Bring to a boil. Stir in couscous, cover and remove from heat. Let stand until broth is fully absorbed, about 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork and serve.
