Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups chicken broth, low-fat
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon dried chives
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 - lemon, juice and zest of
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup couscous, uncooked (not israeli type)
How To Make herb and lemon couscous

Step 1Combine all ingredients EXCEPT couscous in a saucepan and bring to a boil.

Step 2Remove from heat and stir in couscous. Cover and let stand off heat for 5 minutes.

Step 3Fluff with a fork and serve.
