Ingredients
- 1 cup red bulgur
- 1 cup boiling water
- 3 cups loosely packed parsley chopped
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 - scallion chopped
- 1/2 - medium onion chopped
- 1 - medium tomoato chopped
- 1 - cuccumber skinned and chopped
How To Make tabbouleh

Step 1Pour boiling water over the bulgur and let sit for 1 hour.

Step 2Add all of the remaining ingredients. Stir well.

Step 3Refrigerate until cold. Serve as a side dish.
