Ingredients For tabbouleh

  • 1 c
    red bulgur
  • 1 c
    boiling water
  • 3 c
    loosely packed parsley chopped
  • 3/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    black pepper
  • 3 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 3 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 1
    scallion chopped
  • 1/2
    medium onion chopped
  • 1
    medium tomoato chopped
  • 1
    cuccumber skinned and chopped

How To Make tabbouleh

    Pour boiling water over the bulgur and let sit for 1 hour.

    Add all of the remaining ingredients. Stir well.

    Refrigerate until cold. Serve as a side dish.
