Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup butterich crackers (i like townhouse)
- 2 - 12 oz cans of shoepeg corn with peppers, drained
- 4 slices swiss cheese, torn
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- - fresh cracked black pepper
- - salt if needed
How To Make skillet scalloped corn

Step 1Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add 4 T of cruhed crackers. Stir until brown and sdet aside. In same skillet add remaining ingredients, stirring frequently until cheese melts. Transfer to serving dish top with buttered craccker crumbs and serve.
