My boys love this corn with fried catfish, baked ham or chicken. It is really good.

butterich crackers (i like townhouse)
12 oz cans of shoepeg corn with peppers, drained
4 slice
swiss cheese, torn
1/2 c
heavy cream
1/2 tsp
onion powder
fresh cracked black pepper
salt if needed

How to Make Skillet Scalloped Corn


  • 1Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add 4 T of cruhed crackers. Stir until brown and sdet aside. In same skillet add remaining ingredients, stirring frequently until cheese melts. Transfer to serving dish top with buttered craccker crumbs and serve.
