- 1 pound sausage (sage, mild, or country))
- 2 1/2 cups (8 oz. bag) cornbread stuffing or crumbled, homemade cornbread
- 2 1/2 cups (8 oz. bag) herb seasoned stuffing or bread crumbs
- 2 cans (14 1/2 oz.) chicken or turkey broth
- 1-2 large chopped onions
- 2 stalks chopped celery
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 tablespoon poultry seasoning
- 1 tablespoon seasoning salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Step 1Brown sausage, drain. Cook onion and celery in melted butter until tender. Add in browned sausage.

Step 2Mix stuffing, poultry seasoning, seasoning salt, and black pepper. Stir in broth, celery, onion, butter, and sausage mixture. Mix well.

Step 3Stuff 14 - 20 lb. turkey lightly. Do not overstuff. The dressing may be baked separately for 30 minutes at 350*.
