Ingredients

1/2 c
red wine vinegar
1/2 c
water
2
bay leaves
2 Tbsp
sugar
1 tsp
salt
1 clove
garlic, minced
1 lb
fresh mushrooms, quartered

How to Make PICKLED MUSHROOMS

Step-by-Step

  • 1In a saucepan over medium heat, combine vinegar, water, bay leaves, sugar, salt and garlic, Add mushrooms, bring to a boil. Boil for two minutrs. Transfer to glass bowl, cover and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight. Discard bay leaves before serving. Makes 2 1/2 cups.
