How to Make Perfect Hard Cooked Eggs


  1. Put eggs in a suitable size sauce pan and cover with cold water, add the vinegar.
  2. Bring water to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes.
  3. Drain water off, add cold water to stop cooking.
  4. Refrigerate until ready to eat or use for salads, deviled eggs, whatever you like. We like eating them just like they are, and I usually have some in the fridge ready to go.
