I never realized that there were so many ways to hard cook eggs until I joined this club. This is for our newbie cooks, and this is my way.

Ingredients
- 6 large fresh eggs
- - enough water to cover the eggs
- 1 teaspoon vinegar, keeps eggs from seeping if they crack while cooking
How To Make perfect hard cooked eggs

Step 1Put eggs in a suitable size sauce pan and cover with cold water, add the vinegar.

Step 2Bring water to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes.

Step 3Drain water off, add cold water to stop cooking.

Step 4Refrigerate until ready to eat or use for salads, deviled eggs, whatever you like. We like eating them just like they are, and I usually have some in the fridge ready to go.
