Ingredients

  • 15 ounces can of cream style corn, tastes really great with the white corn version
  • 3 - eggs
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup cornmeal mix, self rising
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt and coarse ground pepper
  • 1 - onion, chopped

How To Make pattycake's southern corn fritters

  • Step 1
    Beat eggs. Add remaining ingreadients. Drop into hot grease and fry on both sides til raised a little and browned.
  • Step 2
    Another way is to separate the eggs, and beat the egg whites til stiff.
