    can of cream style corn, tastes really great with the white corn version
  • 3
  • 1 c
  • 1 c
    cornmeal mix, self rising
  • 1 tsp
  • 2 Tbsp
  • 1 tsp
    salt and coarse ground pepper
  • 1
    onion, chopped

How to Make Pattycake's Southern Corn Fritters


  1. Beat eggs. Add remaining ingreadients. Drop into hot grease and fry on both sides til raised a little and browned.
  2. Another way is to separate the eggs, and beat the egg whites til stiff.
