    can of cream style corn, tastes really great with the white corn version

    eggs
  • 1 c
    flour
  • 1 c
    cornmeal mix, self rising
  • 1 tsp
    paprika
  • 2 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 1 tsp
    salt and coarse ground pepper
  • 1
    onion, chopped

How To Make pattycake's southern corn fritters

    Beat eggs. Add remaining ingreadients. Drop into hot grease and fry on both sides til raised a little and browned.
