4sliced portobelo mushrooms

4 Tbspextra virgin olive oil

4 clovegarlic, sliced thinly

2 Tbspfresh parsley, chopped

·sea salt and freshly ground pepper
How to Make Garlicky Portobelo Mushrooms
- Sauté the mushrooms in olive oil until browned on one side.
- Turn and add the garlic, salt and pepper. Sauté for another 2 minutes.
- Add the parsley and cover the pan. Turn off the heat and serve immediately.
