- 4 - sliced portobelo mushrooms
- 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, sliced thinly
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- - sea salt and freshly ground pepper
How To Make garlicky portobelo mushrooms

Step 1Sauté the mushrooms in olive oil until browned on one side.

Step 2Turn and add the garlic, salt and pepper. Sauté for another 2 minutes.

Step 3Add the parsley and cover the pan. Turn off the heat and serve immediately.
