sliced portobelo mushrooms
4 Tbsp
extra virgin olive oil
4 clove
garlic, sliced thinly
2 Tbsp
fresh parsley, chopped
sea salt and freshly ground pepper

How to Make Garlicky Portobelo Mushrooms


  • 1Sauté the mushrooms in olive oil until browned on one side.
  • 2Turn and add the garlic, salt and pepper. Sauté for another 2 minutes.
  • 3Add the parsley and cover the pan. Turn off the heat and serve immediately.
