Ingredients
- 2 pounds butternut squash, peeled, seeded, quartered and cut into cubes
- 3 - apples, peeled, core removed and cut into chunks
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
- 1/4 cup raisins or dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 1 tablespoon whole wheat white flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
How To Make roasted butternut squash & apples

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a glass baking dish with butter flavor cooking spray.

Step 2Put squash cubes in a large baking dish. Place apples on top and then sprinkle with nuts and raisins.

Step 3Mix the flour, salt, sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg and sprinkle on top. Toss with 2 Tbsp. canola oil. Bake 40 -50 minutes.
