Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- 1 large whole wheat pita bread
How To Make grilled strawberry sandwiches

Step 1Cut pita bread in half and gently open to make 2 pockets. In bowl, combine cream cheese w/ 1/4 cup strawberries. Mash the berries into the cream cheese until smooth.

Step 2Spread 1/2 the cream cheese inside each pocket 1/2. Fill each pocket w/ remaining berries. Heat a cast-iron skillet over medium heat. Spray sandwiches w/ a little cooking spray.

Step 3Grill both sides of sandwiches in pan until golden.
