FABULOUS WALNUT CRANBERRY SAUCE
Making this cranberry sauce ahead couldn’t be easier~ it takes 15 minutes! I make several batches a week or two before Thanksgiving and keep them in the fridge until ready to enjoy with a meal or give away as gifts. Folks love getting this sauce as a gift, as they can use it for their holiday turkey or other meals (yummy with ham and pork tenderloin). Enjoy!

1 can(s)(16-ounce) whole-berry cranberry sauce
1/3 cstrawberry preserves
1 1/2 Tbspsugar
1/4 tspground cinnamon
1/2 ccoarsely chopped walnuts (or pecans), toasted
1 Tbsppineapple juice (unsweetened)
How to Make FABULOUS WALNUT CRANBERRY SAUCE
- Combine all ingredients (except nuts) in a saucepan.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring often, just until thoroughly heated.
- Remove from heat; stir in nuts.
- Cover and chill until ready to serve. Serve with turkey, pork tenderloin, or ham.
