spicy, no guilt "pimento" cheese spread
I love making my own variations of Pimento Cheese Spread and using Garlic Chile Sauce came to me as I was using it in another dish and saw it sitting on the countertop, just that simple. It's not your traditional Pimento cheese spread, but I actually prefer it better than the typical ones because I love the heat, and the simplicity.

How To Make spicy, no guilt "pimento" cheese spread
-
Step 1Place yogurt in bowl.
-
Step 2Add 1/2-1/4 Garlic Chile Sauce to the yogurt and mix well.
-
Step 3Add 1-2 c of grated cheddar or colby jack cheese to bring to thickness you desire.
-
Step 4Refrigerate for an hour or so to allow the chile sauce flavor to penetrate the yogurt.
-
Step 5Any chip will work but if you want low carb try Pork Rinds, Salt and Pepper are my favorite flavor with this spread.
-
Step 6Another "dipper" low carb and high fiber are Mini Sweet Peppers, cut in half, use them to scoop the spread or spoon it in them.
