I love Smoked Salmon, I can eat it with out anything. But once you make this recipe you will be a fan.Enjoy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
  • 2 bunches green onions,thinly sliced
  • 4 ounces smoked salmon, gently shredded
  • 1/4 cup whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 dash hot pepper sauce

How To Make smoked salmon spread

  • Step 1
    Gently mix cream cheese in mixing bowl. Stir in onion, lemon juice, hot pepper sauce and whipping cream. Gently fold in smoked salmon, do not over mix. makes 2 cups. Serve with crackers.
