I love Smoked Salmon, I can eat it with out anything. But once you make this recipe you will be a fan.Enjoy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

- 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 2 bunches green onions,thinly sliced
- 4 ounces smoked salmon, gently shredded
- 1/4 cup whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 dash hot pepper sauce

Step 1Gently mix cream cheese in mixing bowl. Stir in onion, lemon juice, hot pepper sauce and whipping cream. Gently fold in smoked salmon, do not over mix. makes 2 cups. Serve with crackers.
