This is an excellent sauce to serve with most any type of fish, and it makes an excellent spread for a yummy fish sandwich. For the best flavor, combine all of the ingredients, and then store in the fridge for a few hours, or overnight. That will give the ingredients a chance to know each other. - 1/4 cup mayonnaise, plain variety
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon dill pickle relish
- 1 teaspoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
- - white pepper, freshly ground, to taste
- - salt, kosher variety, to taste
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper (optional)
