- 2 medium red bell pepper, diced
- 1 bunch celery, diced
- 1/2 can sea salt
- 2 medium green bell pepper, diced
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup brown vinegar
- 1 teaspoon mustard seed
- 1 teaspoon celery seed
- 1 medium onion, diced
How To Make ripe raw tomato relish

Step 1Stir salt into diced tomatoes, peppers, celery, and onion.
