I made this once for our ladies luncheon. I was trying to be fancy & it worked out going great. I now make it a lot.

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup italian vinaigrette dressing
  • 3 cups basil, fresh
  • 1/3 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 32 slices baguette, toasted
  • 1 ounce philly cream cheese spread
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated

How To Make pretty pesto crostini

  • Step 1
    Blend dressing,basil & 1/3 cup cheese in the blend until smooth.
  • Step 2
    Then spread toast slice with crem cheese spread & then basil mixture.
  • Step 3
    Sprinkle with 1/4 cup cheese.
  • Step 4
    Special Tip: If you want to make black olive pesto,blend 1/2cup pitted black olives int the blender.
