PEPPERED CORN RELISH
1- 17 ozcan whole kernal corn drained
1/2 cgreen or red peppers chopped
1 1/2 tspcornstarch
·salt and pepper to taste
How to Make PEPPERED CORN RELISH
- In a medium saucepan combine corn and peppers. In a quick shake container measure vinegar, sugar, and cornstarch. Apply seal and cap Shake to combine.
- Pour over corn mixture in pan, cook and stir over medium heat until thickened and bubbly. Cook and stir 2 minutes more. Cook for 10 minutes in all.
- Transfer relish to one of the classic sheer16 ounce square container apply lid and seal and refrigerate up to 1 week
