MAKES TWO CUPS
Ingredients
- 1- 17 ounces can whole kernal corn drained
- 1/2 cup green or red peppers chopped
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make peppered corn relish

Step 1In a medium saucepan combine corn and peppers. In a quick shake container measure vinegar, sugar, and cornstarch. Apply seal and cap Shake to combine.

Step 2Pour over corn mixture in pan, cook and stir over medium heat until thickened and bubbly. Cook and stir 2 minutes more. Cook for 10 minutes in all.

Step 3Transfer relish to one of the classic sheer16 ounce square container apply lid and seal and refrigerate up to 1 week
