Ingredients

1- 17 oz
can whole kernal corn drained
1/2 c
green or red peppers chopped
1/2 c
vinegar
1/4 c
sugar
1 1/2 tsp
cornstarch
salt and pepper to taste

How to Make PEPPERED CORN RELISH

Step-by-Step

  • 1In a medium saucepan combine corn and peppers. In a quick shake container measure vinegar, sugar, and cornstarch. Apply seal and cap Shake to combine.
  • 2Pour over corn mixture in pan, cook and stir over medium heat until thickened and bubbly. Cook and stir 2 minutes more. Cook for 10 minutes in all.
  • 3Transfer relish to one of the classic sheer16 ounce square container apply lid and seal and refrigerate up to 1 week
  • 4MAKES 2 CUPS
