Ingredients

  • 1- 17 oz
    can whole kernal corn drained
  • 1/2 c
    green or red peppers chopped
  • 1/2 c
    vinegar
  • 1/4 c
    sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    cornstarch
  • ·
    salt and pepper to taste

How to Make PEPPERED CORN RELISH

Step-by-Step

  1. In a medium saucepan combine corn and peppers. In a quick shake container measure vinegar, sugar, and cornstarch. Apply seal and cap Shake to combine.
  2. Pour over corn mixture in pan, cook and stir over medium heat until thickened and bubbly. Cook and stir 2 minutes more. Cook for 10 minutes in all.
  3. Transfer relish to one of the classic sheer16 ounce square container apply lid and seal and refrigerate up to 1 week
  4. MAKES 2 CUPS
