mediterranean egg and artichoke spread

I saw a similar recipe on "allrecipes.com and revised it a bit to incorporate my Mediterranean taste.

Ingredients

  • 3 - hard cook eggs cooled and chopped
  • 1 can artichoke hearts well drained and chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon chopped chives
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry dill weed
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper (or to your taste)

How To Make mediterranean egg and artichoke spread

  • Step 1
    Hard cook eggs, cool and coarsely chop
  • Step 2
    Drain artichokes and gently squeeze all the juice from them. Chop
  • Step 3
    Combine all ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
  • Step 4
    Serve on Petits Toast, crackers or veggies.
