I saw a similar recipe on "allrecipes.com and revised it a bit to incorporate my Mediterranean taste.

Ingredients
- 3 - hard cook eggs cooled and chopped
- 1 can artichoke hearts well drained and chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1/2 teaspoon chopped chives
- 1/2 teaspoon dry dill weed
- 1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper (or to your taste)
How To Make mediterranean egg and artichoke spread

Step 1Hard cook eggs, cool and coarsely chop

Step 2Drain artichokes and gently squeeze all the juice from them. Chop

Step 3Combine all ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.

Step 4Serve on Petits Toast, crackers or veggies.
