I saw a similar recipe on " and revised it a bit to incorporate my Mediterranean taste.

  • 3
    hard cook eggs cooled and chopped
  • 1 can(s)
    artichoke hearts well drained and chopped
  • 1/2 c
  • 1/2 c
    plain greek yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp
    chopped chives
  • 1/2 tsp
    dry dill weed
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt and pepper (or to your taste)

How to Make Mediterranean Egg and Artichoke Spread


  1. Hard cook eggs, cool and coarsely chop
  2. Drain artichokes and gently squeeze all the juice from them. Chop
  3. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
  4. Serve on Petits Toast, crackers or veggies.
