Mediterranean Egg and Artichoke Spread
hard cook eggs cooled and chopped
artichoke hearts well drained and chopped
salt and pepper (or to your taste)
How to Make Mediterranean Egg and Artichoke Spread
1Hard cook eggs, cool and coarsely chop
2Drain artichokes and gently squeeze all the juice from them. Chop
3Combine all ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
4Serve on Petits Toast, crackers or veggies.
