I saw a similar recipe on "allrecipes.com and revised it a bit to incorporate my Mediterranean taste.

Ingredients

3
hard cook eggs cooled and chopped
1 can(s)
artichoke hearts well drained and chopped
1/2 c
mayonnaise
1/2 c
plain greek yogurt
1/2 tsp
chopped chives
1/2 tsp
dry dill weed
1/4 tsp
salt and pepper (or to your taste)

How to Make Mediterranean Egg and Artichoke Spread

Step-by-Step

  • 1Hard cook eggs, cool and coarsely chop
  • 2Drain artichokes and gently squeeze all the juice from them. Chop
  • 3Combine all ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
  • 4Serve on Petits Toast, crackers or veggies.
