Mediterranean Egg and Artichoke Spread

3hard cook eggs cooled and chopped

1 can(s)artichoke hearts well drained and chopped

1/2 cmayonnaise
-
1/2 cplain greek yogurt
-
1/2 tspchopped chives
-
1/2 tspdry dill weed
-
1/4 tspsalt and pepper (or to your taste)
How to Make Mediterranean Egg and Artichoke Spread
- Hard cook eggs, cool and coarsely chop
- Drain artichokes and gently squeeze all the juice from them. Chop
- Combine all ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
- Serve on Petits Toast, crackers or veggies.
