This is a old recipe, but its really good.

Ingredients

5 tablespoons flower
1 cup milk
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup shortening
1 cup butter
1 teaspoon vanilla

How To Make fluffy icing

Step 1

Cook flower and milk over low flame until thick. Stirring constently.

Step 2

Cool.
Step 3

Cream sugar, shortening and butter. Add Flower mixture and beat together for 10 or more minutes.
Step 4

Add vanilla beat. Use on cakes or cookies.
