- 2 large egg yolks
- 1 tablespoon filtered water
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon salt, kosher variety
- 1 clove baked garlic
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
- 1 cup peanut oil

Step 3Add the eggs, water, both vinegars, lemon juice, salt, cayenne, and garlic to a blender, or mini prep.

Step 7Store in a non-reactive jar with a tight-fitting lid, until needed.
