Ingredients
- 1 package firm water packed tofu
- 1 stalk celery chopped
- 1/2 - onion
- 2 - green onions chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 2 teaspoons chicken-like sasoning
- 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast flakes
- 1 cup cheese sauce
- CHEESE SAUCE
- 1 cup water
- 3/4 cup raw cashews
- 2 tablespoons nutrtiona yeast flakes
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 jar pimentos or 1 red bell pepper
How To Make cheese tofu salad

Step 1Combine all cheese sauce ingredients in blender and blend until very smooth. Combine remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix well. leftover sauce can be refrigerated and used another recipe. Serve as sandwich filling, dip for crackers or spread on cucumber sliced and lettuce leaves.
