Ingredients

  • 1 package firm water packed tofu
  • 1 stalk celery chopped
  • 1/2 - onion
  • 2 - green onions chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 2 teaspoons chicken-like sasoning
  • 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast flakes
  • 1 cup cheese sauce
  • CHEESE SAUCE
  • 1 cup water
  • 3/4 cup raw cashews
  • 2 tablespoons nutrtiona yeast flakes
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 jar pimentos or 1 red bell pepper

How To Make cheese tofu salad

  • Step 1
    Combine all cheese sauce ingredients in blender and blend until very smooth. Combine remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix well. leftover sauce can be refrigerated and used another recipe. Serve as sandwich filling, dip for crackers or spread on cucumber sliced and lettuce leaves.
