- 4 - tomatillos, chopped

- 1 cup vinegar
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 pinch cumin
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder

Step 1Toss all chopped vegetables together in a heavy saucepan. Mix in remaining ingredients. Simmer for 1/2 hour, stirring often. Serve hot. Makes 2 cups.
