Ingredients

  • 2 - roasted new mexico green chilies, peeled and chopped
  • 4 - tomatillos, chopped
  • 1/2 - onion, chopped
  • 1 cup vinegar
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 pinch cumin
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder

How To Make green chili chutney

  • Step 1
    Toss all chopped vegetables together in a heavy saucepan. Mix in remaining ingredients. Simmer for 1/2 hour, stirring often. Serve hot. Makes 2 cups.
