garlic herb and parmesan butter
Have always wanted to make my own garlic butter. In the past, I've only made enough for the job at hand. This recipe will last for quite awhile. Makes a great topping also for corn on the cob or baked potatoes, as well as other vegetables. Will be outstanding on bread! Recipe & photo: recipe.com 01-24-15

- 8 ounces butter, softened
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh flat leaf parsley, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
- 2 tablespoons green onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- - salt and pepper to taste
