- 3 large roma tomatoes, diced
- 1 large red onion, diced
- 1/2 medium lime, juiced (some pulp)
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1 small jalapeno pepper, diced (take out seeds and membrane)
- 2 tablespoons cilantro, fresh, minced
How To Make pico de gallo

Step 1Wash/clean all veggies! Cover and let sit in fridge for at least one hour.

Step 2Once everything is diced, minced and juiced throw it all in a bowl together and mix.
