roma tomatoes, diced
1 large
red onion, diced
1/2 medium
lime, juiced (some pulp)
1 Tbsp
garlic, minced
1 small
jalapeno pepper, diced (take out seeds and membrane)
2 Tbsp
cilantro, fresh, minced

How to Make Pico De Gallo


  • 1Wash/clean all veggies! Cover and let sit in fridge for at least one hour.
  • 2Once everything is diced, minced and juiced throw it all in a bowl together and mix.
  • 3Cover and let sit in fridge for at least one hour.
