Ingredients

  • 3 large
    roma tomatoes, diced
  • 1 large
    red onion, diced
  • 1/2 medium
    lime, juiced (some pulp)
  • 1 Tbsp
    garlic, minced
  • 1 small
    jalapeno pepper, diced (take out seeds and membrane)
  • 2 Tbsp
    cilantro, fresh, minced

How to Make Pico De Gallo

Step-by-Step

  1. Wash/clean all veggies! Cover and let sit in fridge for at least one hour.
  2. Once everything is diced, minced and juiced throw it all in a bowl together and mix.
  3. Cover and let sit in fridge for at least one hour.
