Ingredients

  • 3 large roma tomatoes, diced
  • 1 large red onion, diced
  • 1/2 medium lime, juiced (some pulp)
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 small jalapeno pepper, diced (take out seeds and membrane)
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro, fresh, minced

How To Make pico de gallo

  • Step 1
    Wash/clean all veggies! Cover and let sit in fridge for at least one hour.
  • Step 2
    Once everything is diced, minced and juiced throw it all in a bowl together and mix.
  • Step 3
    Cover and let sit in fridge for at least one hour.
