- - 1-3 cloves fresh (organic) garlic
- - 1 15 oz can fire roasted tomatoes(muir glen organic preferably)
- - 1/4 cup fresh herbs (optional)
- - 1 scallion or 1/4 cup diced onion(optional)
How To Make organic tomato sauce

Step 1Remove any inedible portion of the tomato with a knife or tomato corer.

Step 2Slice the tomato with a sharp knife, holding the tomato with curled fingers to avoid cutting them.

Step 3Chop the optional herbs and onion, then puree all ingredients one at a time.
