How To Make homemade horseradish

Step 1Peel Horseradish Root,cut into chunks Place into Food Processor container with Half the vinegar put cover on turn on machine.

Step 2Process,stopping machine to scrap the mixture down as needed until finely minced. ***DO NOT TRY WITH A BLENDER;IT DOESN"T WORK*****

Step 3the only Alternitive is to Grate Horseradish Root by hand.

Step 4Taste Add more Vinegar & Salt as Needed Store in Refrigerater Horseradish will kee indefinitely,But will become increasingly MILD.
