This is a fairy simple and quick sauce for pasta. Made with basic ingredients most people keep in the cupboard.

    20 ounce cans of crushed tomatoes
  • 1
    29 ounce can of tomato puree
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    garlic salt
  • 2 tsp
    dried onion
  • 2 Tbsp
  • 1 Tbsp
    dried basil
  • 3 Tbsp
    granulated sugar
  • 1/3 c
    parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp
  • 3
    cloves of grated garlic sauteed
  • 1/2 tsp
    black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil for frying garlic

How to Make Easy Marinara sauce


  1. Saute the garlic in the olive oil until slightly browned
  2. Get a large sauce pan and empty the tomato puree,and 2 cans of tomato puree into it.
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients,and bring to a boil. reduce heat to medium low,and simmer for 30 minutes to an hour. Serve with you favorite pasta
