    fire roasted tomatoes, pureed
  • 1 c
  • 3/4 c
    apple cider vinegar
  • 3/4 c
    worcestershire sauce
  • 3/4 c
    spicy brown mustard
  • 1 Tbsp
    tabasco sauce
  • 1 c
    smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp
    sea salt
  • 2 tsp
    cayenne pepper
  • 2 tsp
    ground oregano
  • 2 tsp
  • 2 c
    brown sugar
  • 2 large
    chopped onion
  • 1 Tbsp
    freshly cracked black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp
    celery seed
  • 1 Tbsp
    ground cinnamon
  • 1 stick
  • 1 small
    jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped fine ( leave seeds in for more heat ) if desired.
  • 2 Tbsp
    chili powder

How to Make Fireman Bob's Zesty BBQ Sauce my way


  1. Place tomatoes in food processor and puree till smooth
  2. Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan over medium low heat. Stir to combine and simmer 25 minutes. Use warm or let cool, pour into a container and refrigerate until needed.
  3. Enjoy!
