I was asked to come up with a tasty BBQ sauce for the kids... Here You go Elizabeth... Hope they enjoy... Let me know... :) Everybody enjoy this one... Kept the " heat " on low for this one, so If You want to Tweak it feel free... But this one's for the Kids !!! Sincerely, Fireman Bob :)

Ingredients
- 1 stick butter - melted
- 1 large onion - chopped fine
- 1 small poblano chili - diced fine ( optional )
- 3 cups ketchup
- 1 cup apple cider vinegar
- 3/4 cup water
- 3/4 cup apple juice
- 3/4 cup worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons whole grain mustard
- 1 cup brown sugar - packed
- 3/4 cup dark molasses
- 4 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- 4 teaspoons dry mustard powder
- 1 teaspoon chili powder - or to taste
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder - or to taste
- 6 cloves garlic - diced fine
How To Make fireman bob's tasty bbq sauce for the kids...

Step 1In large pan, melt the butter in saucepan over medium heat. Add in the onion, garlic (diced ), and poblano chili, and cook until transparent.

Step 2Mix in ketchup, cider vinegar, water, apple juice, whole grain mustard, worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, molasses, honey, cumin, mustard powder, chili powder, garlic powder.

Step 3Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, and simmer 1 hour 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Use as needed or cooled and refrigerated for up to 2 weeks in sealed container
