Ingredients For jalapeno jelly

    ground bell pepper
  • 1/4 c
    ground jalapenos
  • 6 c
  • 1 1/2 c
    apple cider vinegar
  • 1
    drpo of green food coloring, optional
  • 1
    bottle of certo

How To Make jalapeno jelly

  • 1
    Mix all ingredients and boil for 1 minute; remove from heat and col to lukewarm. Strain and add the Certo. Stir well. Pour into sterilized jelly glasses.
