creamy avacado dill sauce
I'm always looking for different sauces to serve along side fish. My love for Avocado inspired me to try something different with this. This was a real hit with my family.

Goes a long way.
Ingredients
- 8 ounces sour cream, lite
- 2 small haas avocado's (sub 1 large)
- 1/4 cup fresh dill (i used a small handful pulled from the bunch, add more if you like)
- 1 - juice of (1) meyer lemon (regular lemon is fine)
- 1 pinch kosher salt
- pinch black pepper
How To Make creamy avacado dill sauce

Step 1Add all ingredients to food processor and pulse until smooth.

Step 2Refrigerate at least an hour before serving.

Step 3Pairs extremely well with Salmon but would be very good with other fish or as a dip.
