This is from my friend in Santa Cruz- who makes this when she came to visit her son,and brought some over to me- Gregg is my neighbor...his mother and I have become good friends and we always visit when she comes to visit him....

Ingredients

  • 6 large
    red bell peppers, roasted, seeded and skinned
  • 1/4 c
    sweet maui onion
  • 2 clove
    garlic
  • 1 tsp
    granulated sugar
  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil

How to Make Roasted Red Pepper Dip

Step-by-Step

  1. Note : If you do not want to roast the peppers you can use 2 jars of prepared from the grocery store,drain.
    Pall ingredients in a food processor and puree until smooth . Place in a container, cover and chill.
    Serve with the:Lavosh
