This is from my friend in Santa Cruz- who makes this when she came to visit her son,and brought some over to me- Gregg is my neighbor...his mother and I have become good friends and we always visit when she comes to visit him....

Ingredients
- 6 large red bell peppers, roasted, seeded and skinned
- 1/4 cup sweet maui onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

Step 1Note : If you do not want to roast the peppers you can use 2 jars of prepared from the grocery store,drain. Pall ingredients in a food processor and puree until smooth .
