This is really a good BBQ. sauce. And not hard to make and easy to double. It is great on the grill

Ingredients For horseradish bbq. sauce by eddie

  • 1 c
    butter
  • 1/2 c
    lemon juice
  • 1/2 c
    cider vinegar
  • 1/2 c
    ketchup
  • 2 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauch
  • 4 dash
    hot pepper sauce
  • 1/3 c
    horderadish
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 6 lb
    chicken pieces

How To Make horseradish bbq. sauce by eddie

    Combine all ingredients in a stainless sauce pan and bring just to a boil.

    Lower heat immediately and simmer 15 minutes.

    Makes about 1 1/2 cup.

    Lightly brush sauce on 6 lb. of chicken pieces.
