This is really a good BBQ. sauce. And not hard to make and easy to double. It is great on the grill

Ingredients

  • 1 c
    butter
  • 1/2 c
    lemon juice
  • 1/2 c
    cider vinegar
  • 1/2 c
    ketchup
  • 2 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauch
  • 4 dash(es)
    hot pepper sauce
  • 1/3 c
    horderadish
  • ·
    salt and pepper to taste
  • 6 lb
    chicken pieces

How to Make HORSERADISH BBQ. SAUCE BY EDDIE

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine all ingredients in a stainless sauce pan and bring just to a boil.
  2. Lower heat immediately and simmer 15 minutes.
  3. Makes about 1 1/2 cup.
  4. Lightly brush sauce on 6 lb. of chicken pieces.
  5. Don't let chicken burn!
