A yummy, creamy, healthy dip. Perfect for baked tortilla chips, or low fat baked chips.

Ingredients

  •   8 oz
    reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
  •   8 oz
    fat-free sour cream
  •   1/2 tsp
    garlic salt
  •   1 large
    ripe advocado, peeled, halved, seeded, chopped
  •   1/4 c
    chopped red onion
  •   1 Tbsp
    lemon juice

How To Make

    In medium bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Beat in sour cream and garlic salt. Beat in advocado. Stir in lemon juice and onion.
