    reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 8 oz
    fat-free sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic salt
  • 1 large
    ripe advocado, peeled, halved, seeded, chopped
  • 1/4 c
    chopped red onion
  • 1 Tbsp
    lemon juice

How to Make Healthy advocado dip

Step-by-Step

  1. In medium bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Beat in sour cream and garlic salt. Beat in advocado. Stir in lemon juice and onion.
  2. Serve w/ fresh cut veggies and baked tortilla chips.
