A yummy, creamy, healthy dip. Perfect for baked tortilla chips, or low fat baked chips.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 8 ounces fat-free sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 large ripe advocado, peeled, halved, seeded, chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

How To Make healthy advocado dip

  • Step 1
    In medium bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Beat in sour cream and garlic salt. Beat in advocado. Stir in lemon juice and onion.
  • Step 2
    Serve w/ fresh cut veggies and baked tortilla chips.
